Zucchini Puffs

INCREDIENTS
2 cups disconnected zucchini
2 eggs
1/4 cup cautiously chopped onion
1 abysm garlic, minced
1 1/2 cups buttermilk baking mix

oil for frying
DIRECTIONS
In a ample bowl, amalgamate zucchini, eggs, onion, and garlic. Blend in baking mix, alkali and pepper.
