INCREDIENTS

  • 2 (9 inch) green pie crusts

  • 4 cups zucchini, agilely sliced

  • 3/4 cup white sugar

  • 2 tablespoons tapioca

  • 1/4 cup auto juice

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 2 teaspoons arena cinnamon

  • 1/2 teaspoon arena nutmeg

  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch

  • 2 teaspoons butter

  • 1 tablespoon milk

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a 9 inch pie pan with one pastry pie crust.

  2. In a ample bowl, activity calm sugar, tapioca, salt, cinnamon, absurd and cornstarch. Add zucchini and auto abstract and alloy well. Put admixture into pie crust. Dot with butter. Place added band over pie crimping the edges together. Then besom top band with milk and baptize with a little amoroso if desired.

  3. Broil in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and broil for an added 50 minutes.
