Zucchini Oven Omelet

INCREDIENTS

  • 2 cups chopped zucchini

  • 1/4 cup chopped blooming pepper

  • 1/4 cup affable oil

  • 6 eggs, agilely beaten

  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
