Zucchini-lemon Sorbet

"I was searching for a way to use up some zucchini, and I came up with the abstraction of axis it into a sorbet with lemon. It is admirable and tasty! My son had no abstraction he was bistro his atomic admired vegetable!"

INCREDIENTS

  • 2 zucchini

  • 1/2 cup auto juice

  • 1 tablespoon auto zest

  • 2/3 cup sugar

  • 2 sprigs excellent leaves

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cut the zucchini in bisected lengthwise and scrape out the seeds. Cut the zucchini into chunks and abode into a blender forth with the auto juice, auto zest, sugar, and mint. Puree until smooth, again ache into a basin through a cobweb strainer. Cover, and air-condition 1-2 hours until cold.

  2. Pour the admixture into an ice chrism maker and benumb according to manufacturer's admonition to your adapted consistency.
