Zucchini Cheese Garlic Appetizer

"Wonderful little biscuits abounding with adapted zucchini and cheese. Garlic and herbs annular out the acidity nicely."

INCREDIENTS

  • 4 cups grated zucchini

  • 1 3/4 cups biscuit baking mix

  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 cup disconnected aciculate Cheddar cheese

  • 4 eggs, beaten

  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil

  • 1 ample cautiously chopped onion

  • 4 cloves chopped garlic

  • 3 tablespoons broiled parsley

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 3/4 teaspoon broiled oregano

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

  2. In a bond bowl, amalgamate the zucchini, biscuit baking mix, Parmesan, Cheddar, eggs, vegetable oil, onion, garlic, parsley, alkali and oregano. Spread the admixture into a anointed 9x13 inch baking pan and broil 25 to 30 minutes, until aureate brown.

  3. Allow the admixture to cool. Cut into baby squares and serve balmy or cold.
