Reuben Sandwich

With low-fat turkey pastrami, Russian
dressing, and Swiss cheese, this sandwich is
tasty but can be a bit salty. For healthiest
results, use low-sodium ingredients.
Ingredients
1 tablespoon reduced-fat absinthian cream
1 tablespoon reduced-fat mayonnaise
1 tablespoon reduced-sodium ketchup
1 tablespoon horseradish
1 teaspoon auto juice
1 teaspoon minced cornichons
½ cup torn onion
½ cup drained reduced-sodium sauerkraut
2 slices rye bread, bigger sprouted
4 slices turkey pastrami
2 slices low-fat Swiss cheese
Directions
- In a bowl, admix absinthian cream, mayonnaise,
ketchup, horseradish, auto juice,
and minced cornichons and set aside. Coat
