Herbed Vinaigrette

Intense and bawdy (you can cut the spices by bisected if you're shy).

Ingredients

Serves 8



1/4 cup balsamic vinegar


1/2 cup olive oil


2 tablespoons water


1 teaspoon honey


1 teaspoon Dijon mustard


1 clove garlic


1/4 teaspoon salt


2 drops black-pepper oil


4 drops basil oil


2 drops thyme oil

Directions

1. Mix all capacity in a blender. Toss with alloyed greens.
