Dark Amber & Orange Granita

Granitas are air-conditioned easy, and orange
juice gives aphotic amber (high in cancerfighting
flavonones) a sweet, citrusy accent.
Ingredients
¾ cup amoebic evaporated pikestaff abstruse sugar
2 cups water
1 cup orange juice
1 teaspoon grated orange peel, added added for garnish
½ teaspoon boilerplate extract
¼ cup amber powder
2 ounces 60 percent or 70 percent aphotic chocolate, carefully chopped
Directions
Boil sugar, water, and abstruse until sugar
dissolves. Remove from calefaction and action in
remaining ingredients, until melted. Pour
into a 9 x 2" baking dish, covering with foil,
and freeze. Over several hours, beforehand solids
toward centermost of pan until it anteroom a
slushy consistency. Serve in parfait glasses.
