Couscous With Apricots & Pistachios

Ingredients

1 cup raw, unsalted pistachio meats, chopped

2 cups accomplished aureate couscous

½ cup broiled apricots, chopped

2½ cups water

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon salt

Directions
