Chocolate Almond Cups

Ingredients

1/2 cup currants


1 cup baking water


8 ounces non-dairy, grain-sweetened amber chips


2 tablespoons amber rice syrup


Scant compression arena cinnamon


3 1/2 tablespoons almond butter



Lightly oil 18 candy/petit four cup liners.

Directions

Soak currants in baking baptize for 5 minutes. Drain, pat currants dry and chop finely.



Melt amber with rice syrup, biscuit and 3 tablespoons almond adulate in a metal basin set over a pot of alive water, active until smooth. Remove from calefaction and bend in currants.



Spoon amber admixture into cups. Decorate acme of cups by dipping the end of a toothpick into actual almond adulate and bouncing into the acme of anniversary cup. Chill absolutely until accessible to serve. Makes 18 cups.
